We came to Đà Nẵng for the first time with a group of 10 family and friends. This spot was plenty big and enough rooms for everyone. The house was very clean and the staff cleaned daily and helped with any of our needs. Within a few hours of arriving, there was a power outage that blew the fuse for the water heater. The host helped us by allowing us to relocate to another property only a block away. This property was just as clean and spacious. Host helped us book a car pick up, car rides for Ba Na Hills tour, and a private tour to Hoi An that dropped us off at our next destination. We also booked the private dinner for Christmas Eve and the food was the best we’ve had in Vietnam. Host also went above and beyond to help us find a wheelchair for someone who was unable to walk. Overall, I would highly recommend booking with the host and any of their properties. Can’t wait to come back to Đà Nẵng in the future!

This is a great house. We had a large group of women for a girls getaway and we all slept so comfortably and enjoyed the pool and hanging out in the multiple spaces with chairs, sofas, etc. Even with a full house, it didn't seem crowded at all. And we really enjoyed eating at the long table all together!!

I have no words to express how amazing this team really is. We originally reserved a smaller villa but was upgraded when one of the hosts, Kate, found out that we were spending our last week in DaNang, Vietnam, before returning back to the USA. When we got to the property, we were warmly greeted by Claudia and the owner of the villa. We stayed at many high-end hotels, resorts, etc. and didn't expect this kind of phenomenal world-class service in Vietnam. The villa was breathtaking and clean! Your mouth will drop when you first walk into the open floor plan. The walls were these glasses folding doors from Italy that you can leave open to enjoy the outdoor area. The background is just as amazing as the inside of the house. There is a pool, SAUNA, and wet room. Every morning, Claudia stopped by to prepared breakfast for us. The food was amazing! This team has a staff around the clock. During our stay, I talked to Lucy and Claudia almost every day. It would consist of "Where can I exchange money?" "What is a good place to get your eyelashes done," "Do you need to buy tickets in advance to go to Marble Mountains?" etc. Thank you, Kate, Lucy, and Claudia for making us feel like home. Kate's place is amazing. Not only is the villa modern and beautiful, Kate's team is also very responsive. They helped us set up tours and exchange money whenever needed. Kate was even very quick to help us when we misplaced our keys to the house late at night. I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Da Nang.

The stay is definitely a wonderful experience. Prior to arrival, Kate and Lucy have already reached out to arrange the transportation and everything for us. They can also help us on commuting to other attractions like Bana hills and Hoi An with a reasonable price. Whenever we have any questions, they will respond to us promptly and accurately which made me felt very impressed. The villa location is close to the beach and it’s just a 5-10 minutes walk. Overall the house is very spacious and everything were so perfect. I love the hospitality and surely will come back again for this. Just a warm reminder that it might not be enough hot water if everyone is showering at the same time. But all in all, thanks both for this amazing experience.

It was a pleasure to stay at your place. We have very happy memories of sitting at the long dining table having meals and swimming at the pool which was perfectly shaded until around lunch time. We all looked forward to our daily coffee . Thank you for hosting our family reunion !

The host was very friendly , helped with everything we needed , quick responses . Cleaning service was nice and very helpful , they came everyday to help us tidy up the rooms and clean the dishes. The only thing the we could complain about is the location , not so close to the beach as it was written in the description , a bit longer of walking. However , the villa was huge , a lot of spaces in the rooms , everywhere were an air conditioners so inside the whole house was at a good temperature , the view to the garden is very nice with those huge glass doors . I definitely recommend this house to a larger group of people and wanna have some comfort on their vacation.

Overall we were happy with our stay at the villa and would definitely recommend it for others traveling in a large group. The pros: great space for a large group. we had 3 kids and 7 adults and had plenty of space. the hosts were super responsive and helpful. the pool and sauna were fantastic and made for a nice relaxing stay. the daily cleaning team assured we always had plenty of clean dry towels and sheets. The cons: the location wasn't ideal. while we were close to the ocean, a public beach area wasn't within walking distance. most of the restaurants and cafes were outside of the area we were in. we asked for - and were given - a later checkout which was appreciated, but then the cleaning crew arrived 30 minutes early so we felt kind of rushed getting out.
